AMWAY VIETNAM CO., LTD. - Hồ Chí Minh --- CÁC PHÚC LỢI DÀNH CHO BẠN Attractive salary Insurance Professisonal working environment MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC (1) Business analysis 1.1 Compensation Scheme • Work with Top Management, Sales team, get ideas from Distributors to design compensation scheme. • Produce compensation brochure & communication to Distributors. • Work closely with Global system team to ensure the on track & qualifier reports accurate & on time. • Estimate # qualifiers to support Event team prepare the trip logistics. • Work with Finance team to the payment. 1.2 LGS Support • Understand the data/ metric definition & logic to query, collect and consolidate accurate data to support LGS analysis. • Currently, there is not all data available automatic. Hence, this team needs to find a way to extract data effectively from different sources. • Work closely with Sales team to understand more about LGS accounts to sharpen the business acumen. 1.3 Build Young Leaders • Understand the data / metric definition & logic to query, collect and consolidate accurate data to support BYL analysis. • Follow up & update BYL dashboard, report for Excom & Global team. • Review the trend, analyze to measure the effectiveness of BYL initiatives and propose ideas to make it better. 1.4 Sales & Training budget control • Work with each function of Sales & Training Department and Finance team to set the budget & monitor it. • Monitor & support each function when having spending plan changes. 1.5 Reports & tasks related to business/ sales /initiatives analysis • Monthly Sales & Training report submitted to Finance & Excom • Data/ report submitted to Regional team • Data for AOP / LRBP • Other ad-hoc tasks (2) Meeting Subsidy • Design Subsidy policy that helps Distributors business but still controls company budget.
