MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC Accountable for Business training operations under the assigned category • Making TNA for distributors • Deliver business training to distributors according to master plan • Consult distributors’ queries and complaints regarding business plans & policies • Collect information and generate training reports for assigned regions and category. • Prepare and make training supporting material ready for trainees • Support content for online channels. Support for contractual trainers recruitment and management • Short-list qualified contractual trainers • Conduct “Train the Trainers” for contractual trainers according to designed training plan • Monitor and feedback to Up-line about their performance • Regularly contact part-time trainers for agreement on a training schedule. YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC ***Education and Experience • Degree in Business Administration, Economics or related field • At least 1-year experience in the same position.
